Designing My Dream Shoe with Shoenvious

You guys know that I love being able to customize things to fit my specific needs and personality. I mean, I even designed my own wedding dress! So when Shoenvious reached out to me about working with them to customize my own shoes, I was obviously super excited! Shoenvious allows you to customize everything about your shoe — your heel hight, shoe style, outer material, inner material and even the color of the soles! When you’re done, you end up with a completely custom shoe that is 100% YOU! I only wish I had known about them in time for my wedding so I could have gone completely custom from head to toe.

When it came to designing MY Shoenvious shoes, I really wanted to have fun with it and create something unlike anything I’ve ever seen before, so I went BOLD. We’re talking all the prints, textures and colors. And I am OBSESSED with the way that they turned out! They are such a statement, and will pair as perfectly with an LBD for nights out as they do with boyfriend jeans and a cute solid tank for a more casual look!

As far as the quality goes, I am very impressed. I compared them side by side to my Jimmy Choo’s that I wore for my wedding and the quality is honestly pretty comparable. They are extremely sturdy, and the block heel makes them comfortable and easy to walk in, too. I also love that they include an insert kit to really customize the shoe to your foot, and if for some reason you do get the sizing wrong, they have a 100% size guarantee and will re-make the shoe for you in the correct size. I was also pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. For something 100% custom like this, I expect to be waiting a while, but once they had my design, I had my shoes in less than 2 months! I can’t remember the exact day that they came, but I think it was actually way closer to one month than two, which is really impressive.

If you were going to design your own shoe, what would yours look like? Would you go with something neutral, or super bold and unique, like I did?

XOXO,

Olivia
